•Do your agents work in an office or they work from home?

Our agents work in our office. They have designated desks that they can use for all their real estate transaction. Best of all, we also do not collect any desk fees.

Each AHS Realty Pros agent gets a dedicated unique personalized website and a complete CRM system. And the good news is we will take care of all the setup for you for your CRM and website.

•Do I get broker support?

Our brokers are in the office from Monday to Friday with 7 days a week support to help you!

•Can I do transactions anywhere in California?

Yes, our brokerage is available to any licensed California real estate agent anywhere in California.

•Can I list 6%, 5% or even 4%?

Of Course! We empower our agents to be competitive and run their own real estate business.

•How much are the errors & omission insurance?

Unlike other companies that charge you monthly fees or charge you errors & omissions for everything, our fee is only a tiny $89 at the time of closing for sales under $1,000,000.00. It’s per transaction. Never monthly. Again, you don’t sell you don’t pay. Simple as that.

•How do I get paid?

Same day! Here’s how it works: You simply upload your documents into our easy back-office system. Then, once the file closes and the title company funds AHS Realty Pros, we will pay you instantly! Easy as Pie!

•How about the marketing materials?

You would be happy to know that we also provide your marketing materials without additional charge. Standees, car stickers, magnets, name it – we will provide it for you. Without any additional charge!

•Do I get to keep my 100% Commission?

Seriously. Yes. After all, you deserve it!

•So what’s in it for AHS Realty Pros?

Ah. The most important question of all. We do charge a transaction fee which is $495 per transaction. What is $495 compared to your actual commission?
